After living in Nepal for over five years and spending long periods in the Himalayas, I learned how biogas can turn organic waste into clean energy. Seeing its impact on farms and communities inspired us to adapt turnkey biogas systems for farms here in Lebanon.

Our Biogas Systems
The Green Van provides multiple turnkey biogas system options, fully equipped and ready to produce biogas from day one. These systems are designed for farms and agricultural operations and are available in sizes ranging from 2,000 liters to 10,000 liters, making them suitable for small to large-scale use.
The core of the system is a flexible membrane unit that acts as both the digester and the gas storage tank. This single-unit design reduces complexity, improves safety, and makes the system easy to operate and maintain.
Each biogas kit comes complete with all required tools and accessories, including a sulfur filter, H₂O filter, hoses and fittings, a 2-inch flushing valve, a liquid fertilizer outlet valve, a liquid level indicator, and a dedicated biogas burner. No additional components are needed to start operating the system.
Membrane Strength and Materials:
The membrane is made from UV-stabilized, reinforced PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), specifically engineered for biogas use.
