We have experience managing a wide range of productive large-scale farms, including orchards and tropical orchards, open-field vegetable production, greenhouse and automated greenhouse farming, as well as post-harvest facilities. A key part of our work is controlling operational costs, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency without compromising production quality.
Our approach is hands-on and evidence-based. We are present on the farm, address problems as they arise, and adjust operations in real time to ensure stable output and reliable results.
Orchards Management
We provide professional orchard management based on proven, field-tested methods that focus on maximizing yield while minimizing costs, labor, and operational inputs. Our approach maintains high product quality while building regenerative orchard systems that improve soil health, strengthen tree resilience, and naturally reduce pest pressure and disease. By optimizing irrigation, nutrition, pruning, orchard layout, and the selection of supportive species, we help orchards remain productive, efficient, and sustainable over the long term.
Vegetables and Greens Farming
We provide professional management and support for organic vegetable and greens farming using proven methods and state-of-the-art systems. Our experience includes open-field production, organic greenhouse cultivation, and fully automated greenhouse systems. By integrating modern automation, climate control, irrigation, and data-driven management, we help growers improve yields, reduce labor and input costs, and maintain consistent organic product quality year-round.
Post Harvest
We provide professional post-harvest management to ensure crops retain their quality, freshness, and value after harvest. Farm Management - Ecocentric Farm - Ansar
This project covers the full farm management of the Ansar Ecocentric Farm, a 300,000 m² (30 Ha) certified organic agricultural project. The farm produces a wide range of aromatic plants for tea and herb production, operates more than 16 greenhouses for vegetable production, and includes orchards of lemon, orange, and other fruit trees. Our role focuses on managing daily farm operations, improving productivity, and maintaining organic certification with CCPB, while ensuring the farm runs efficiently and consistently delivers high-quality products.
Farm Management - Kabeela - Lassa
This project covers the full farm management of the Kabeela Community Farm, a 400,000 m² (40 ha) regenerative farm and vineyard. Located at high altitude (1,600 m above sea level), the farm includes over 25,000 grapevines of various types, including Merlot Cardonet, Sira Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside mixed orchards and vegetable production plots. The entire project has been fully designed, implemented, and is actively managed by The Green Van, ensuring sustainable, productive, and well-coordinated farm operations.
